Game saves

Your progress, honey balance, lives and regeneration times, booster inventory, daily rewards and settings are saved on your device. The app also stores purchase delivery identifiers to avoid granting the same purchase twice. This game save is not an account-based cloud save. Device backup features may retain a copy under your platform settings.

Advertising and your choices

The app uses Google AdMob for interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Google and its advertising partners may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, app and device information, ad interactions and diagnostic data. These are used to deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud and operate the service. We do not request access to your precise GPS location, contacts or photos for gameplay.

Google User Messaging Platform collects and stores consent choices and displays a consent form when required. Ads are requested only when the consent platform permits requests. Where available, use Settings → Privacy choices to revisit those choices. Your device also provides advertising and tracking controls. Availability and personalization of ads depend on your choices and region.

The lifetime Ad Free purchase removes forced interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain optional and do not play without your choice. Buying Ad Free does not delete records already held by service providers.

Purchases

Apple or Google Play handles billing; we do not receive payment card details. RevenueCat helps verify purchases and restore eligible purchases. It may process an anonymous app user ID, purchase and transaction identifiers, product identifiers, purchase history and entitlement status, device and app information and technical logs. Honey is a consumable game currency. The lifetime Ad Free product is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Restore Purchases can restore eligible non-consumable purchases through the same store account; consumed honey and local game progress are not restored by that button.

Support, retention and deletion

If you contact us, we use your email and the details you choose to send to answer your request. Do not send passwords or payment card details. We keep support correspondence as needed to resolve the request and any related legal obligations. Local saves remain until you clear app data or remove the app, subject to platform backup behavior. Store purchase records, fraud prevention data and legal records may be retained by the relevant provider under its own policy.

To request access, correction or deletion of information we or our processors can associate with you, email us. Include the app name and, for a purchase-related request, your RevenueCat app user ID shown in the app's settings. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where legally required. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent or complain to your local data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Service providers and international processing

Service providers may process information outside your country under their policies and applicable transfer safeguards. Read Google's Privacy Policy, Google's partner app information, RevenueCat's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy. The support website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes connection information such as IP address and security logs to serve and protect the site; see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. This website has no advertising or analytics cookies.

Children and policy updates

Nectar Mosaic is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it. If this policy changes, we will update the date on this page and provide additional notice where required.
